FEES
Buyer's Search
|
Retaining Fee: This fee of £250 is payable in advance of the commencement of the search. The fee is deductible from the final fee payable but not reimbursable. The length of the search is four months or until a property is found. |

Finders’ Fee: This success fee is 0.75% of the purchase price of the property found and is payable on exchange of contracts stage, less the Retaining Fee already paid. |
Rental Search
|
Retaining Fee: This fee of £250 is payable in advance on the commencement of the search. The fee is deductible from the final fee payable but not reimbursable. |

Finders’ Fee: This success fee is equivalent of one month’s rent and is payable on signing the tenancy agreement. |
